Beyond thoughts
and the timepieces
that command my
comings and goings
The mountains
sit in their jagged stillness
as if they simply
arrived that way
The sky is a
vast blue
swaddling us all
I veer away
from thinking
we are but
a speck of dirt
whirling
unseen
in the galaxies
uncertain
of where we are going
